Ryan arrived at Columbia in January 2014 leading fundraising and alumni relations at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation (GSAPP) and then moved into a University role as Special Advisor for University Development Priorities. Prior to Columbia, Ryan served for more than 22 years at Vassar College, including leading the Gift Planning, Leadership Gifts, Parent Giving, and Annual Fund teams and as Assistant Vice President for Individual Giving and Associate Campaign Director for the college's $431 million Vassar 150: World Changing campaign that successfully concluded in 2013. Ryan is a graduate of Vassar with a degree in political science.

Jackie earned a JD from Tulane University Law School in 1991. She practiced law at Jones Walker in New Orleans, was an estate and gift tax attorney with the IRS, and was a planned giving officer at Tulane University for 13 years before joining Columbia's Office of Gift Planning in 2012.

Fritzie joined the Office of Gift Planning in 2013 where she coordinates and manages the marketing and stewardship programs. Previously, Fritzie worked in Principal Gifts at UC San Diego and Development for the Birch Aquarium at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Fritzie is a graduate of UC Irvine and holds a degree in Environmental Analysis and Design. She is currently pursuing a MS in Fundraising Management from Columbia University.

Olivia joined the Office of Gift Planning as a Development Assistant in July 2016. She supports the logistical and organizational efforts of the team. Previously, Olivia worked in niche and corporate publishing. She graduated from Mercer University in 2014 with a degree in English.

JoAnn joined the Office of Gift Planning in 2011 and is responsible for monitoring the administration of estates and life income gifts. She began her career in development as capital campaign coordinator for a Pennsylvania domestic violence agency after more than 18 years in real estate development and construction management. JoAnn is a graduate of Muhlenberg College.

Laura Tenenbaum is the senior director, alumni development, planned giving and donor engagement at Columbia University Medical Center, where she started in February 2009 as the director of development for planned giving. She is responsible for planned giving at all four schools at the Medical Center—
the College of Physicians and Surgeons, the School of Nursing, the College of Dental Medicine, and the Mailman School of Public Health. Laura has worked in planned giving since 2000, both at a small university, Butler University, and a large community medical system, Saint Barnabas Health Care System. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and has an LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami.

Michelle Hayden-Marsan is a development assistant at Columbia University Medical Center and has worked in an administrative capacity for more than 10 years. She currently assists Laura Tenenbaum. She graduated from Pratt Institute with a degree in fine art and is a commissioned artist.
