Ryan arrived at Columbia in January 2014 leading fundraising and alumni relations at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation (GSAPP) and then moved into a University role as Special Advisor for University Development Priorities. Prior to Columbia, Ryan served for more than 22 years at Vassar College, including leading the Gift Planning, Leadership Gifts, Parent Giving, and Annual Fund teams and as Assistant Vice President for Individual Giving and Associate Campaign Director for the college's $431 million Vassar 150: World Changing campaign that successfully concluded in 2013. Ryan is a graduate of Vassar with a degree in political science.

Jackie earned a JD from Tulane University Law School in 1991. She practiced law at Jones Walker in New Orleans, was an estate and gift tax attorney with the IRS, and was a planned giving officer at Tulane University for 13 years before joining Columbia's Office of Gift Planning in 2012.

Regina joined the University’s gift planning team in March 2018. She came to Columbia with 20 years of development experience, most recently serving Peddie School as Director of Gift Planning for 10 years after holding positions as Associate Director of Gift Planning at Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania. Regina is an alumna of Dartmouth College and Fordham Law School. She and her family live in Princeton, New Jersey.

Ed began his career at Columbia in December 2009 when he joined the individual giving team at Columbia Business School. Ed moved to the major gift team at the Business School in July 2011 and most recently served as a senior associate director in major gifts, until coming to Columbia's Office of Gift Planning in January 2018. Prior to Columbia, Ed started and operated High Caliper Bicycle Company followed by Reparto Corse, which is his custom bicycle fitting studio. Ed graduated from Dickinson College with a degree in English and completed the Executive MBA program at Columbia Business School in 2016.

JoAnn joined the Office of Gift Planning in 2011 and is responsible for monitoring the administration of estates and life income gifts. She began her career in development as capital campaign coordinator for a Pennsylvania domestic violence agency after more than 18 years in real estate development and construction management. JoAnn is a graduate of Muhlenberg College.

Sherry joined the Office of Gift Planning Operations as Assistant Director in October 2016 and is responsible for facilitating the administration of Life Income Gifts and Trust & Estates. Previously, Sherry worked as an Office Manager at Sesame Flyers International Inc. for five years. She holds degrees from both Tompkins Cortland Community College and SUNY Old Westbury.

Laura Tenenbaum is the senior director, alumni development, planned giving and donor engagement at Columbia University Medical Center, where she started in February 2009 as the director of development for planned giving. She is responsible for planned giving at all four schools at the Medical Center—
the College of Physicians and Surgeons, the School of Nursing, the College of Dental Medicine, and the Mailman School of Public Health. Laura has worked in planned giving since 2000, both at a small university, Butler University, and a large community medical system, Saint Barnabas Health Care System. She is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and has an LLM in estate planning from the University of Miami.

Fritzie joined the Office of Gift Planning in 2013 where she coordinates and manages the marketing efforts across the University. Previously, Fritzie worked in principal gifts at UC San Diego and development for the Birch Aquarium at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Fritzie is a graduate of UC Irvine and holds a degree in Environmental Analysis and Design and a master’s in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University.

Michelle Hayden-Marsan is a development assistant at Columbia University Medical Center and has worked in an administrative capacity for more than 10 years. She currently assists Laura Tenenbaum. She graduated from Pratt Institute with a degree in fine art and is a commissioned artist.
